As the world adapts to the effects of COVID-19, you are constantly in our thoughts. All our products are handled with care and following all CDC guidelines. We hope your bundle of goodies from The Glitter Box helps bring some joy to your day!
All orders are shipped within TWO business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with shipping details via email.
Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays for all orders placed any day / time before noon Tuesday.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Returns & exchanges are accepted before the 30th of the calendar month they were purchased in. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Intimates are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Skin care, beauty products, and glitter are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
-If a piece breaks from regular use, the artist who made it should be contacted for a repair, the Glitter Box is not responsible, nor able, to make refunds or repairs.
